2003-10-09 - 9:57 p.m. hmmmmm... what a wonderful peace to have found. the simple and utter calm of 4 smooth regular breaths being drawn is soothing in the extreme. the love and relaxation is so palpable in the room that even the dog and cat are made supremely happy. how could this not be the place for me?
